Welcome to IZO DIGITAL PRO. These Terms and Conditions („Terms”) govern your use of our web design and digital services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
IZO DIGITAL PRO offers website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services. Details of services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are due according to the schedule defined in the proposal or invoice. A deposit may be required before the commencement of work. Final payment is due upon project completion, prior to website launch.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all content, images, logos, and other materials required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these assets may affect the project timeline.
4. Revisions and Scope Changes
IZO DIGITAL PRO includes a defined number of revisions per project. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees and extend the delivery time.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design and content. IZO DIGITAL PRO retains the right to display the project in its portfolio.
6. Hosting and Maintenance
If hosting or maintenance services are provided, they will be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by IZO DIGITAL PRO, a prorated refund may be issued based on work completed.
8. Liability
IZO DIGITAL PRO is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered website, including data loss, downtime, or security breaches, unless due to proven negligence.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information and project details confidential.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cluj-Napoca.
